This is no...Yes, it really is one stick of butter! This is not good for the diet but oh so tasty. :-) And it will have a bit of butter on top when finished but it will slowly soak in as it cools. Unlike regular pancakes, we don't butter these. We use just a bit of syrup or plain sugar or eat them plain.
