Welcome to the 21st Century!

This is my first ever post to a blog or a message board or to anything that lacks the physical security of a hammer and nails (or at least some sturdy poster putty or tape). It amazes me to think that way back in high school I actually learned computer programming in Basic on a Vax machine, followed by Pascal and Fortran and I actually was a T.A. in my Senior year, ushering in the advent of the P.C.

Anyway, just in case it doesn't work I'm not going to write very much. That . . . and I'm dead tired from staying up until the end of the third overtime period on Monday night/Tuesday morning and again late last night watching my beloved Red Wings defeat the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Stanley Cup Finals. It was an awesome series of hockey to watch. I'm glad the Wings won. Now summer can officially start. (Egad! Does that mean I have to suffer through the Tigers?!?!)

Doing nothing, well sort of...

So I didn't do the laundry, clean the house or garage, de-clutter my bedroom or clean off the counter (again), but I did read and watch the Red Wings Win!
