Last night the family had an old movie night. We watched family films from the 1950's and 1960's. This projector has been working hard for almost 60 years! It was purchased in 1951, shortly after the 8mm film camera.
We had such a good time and the kids loved the "old technology" aspect. We got out the slide projector too and loved the old slides. There's nothing quite like the sound of clicking through the slides (or the inevitable muttering when they jam).

Oh man...what great images!!!!! Love the hair of the ladies on the float!
THere really is nothing like watching slide shows like this.
